About
An agency built inside a working building-services company.
Rome AI Agency is part of Rome Solutions LLC, founded by Alex Tiratsuyan, operating from 135 Lockwood Ave, Yonkers. The consulting side, Rome AI Solutions, helps any business figure out what AI should touch. This side builds and runs the systems for one kind of customer: the people who keep commercial buildings working.
The family
What Rome runs.
Commercial cleaning through RomeJanitorial, serving buildings in this county. A family of cleaning and laundry service sites. Four local news editions publishing daily. Free AI teaching at public libraries every week. The agency exists because our own buildings needed what the agency sells, and every vendor-facing system here was pressure-tested on our own contracts first.
How we work
Boring on purpose.
One system at a time, the one with the fastest payback first. A bounded paid pilot before any portfolio-wide anything. A person approves anything that talks to a tenant or a vendor. Documentation you keep. Costs named before work starts. If your platform already solves it, we show you the setting and go home. That is the whole philosophy.
